Two separate play structures - one good for younger kids and one for older kids. 3 year old able to do and enjoy everything on the structure for younger kids. No swings, no public toilet, no water fountain. Nicely shaded and looks like it would be in the shade all day long. Fully fenced.
Been taking my daughter since 2 yrs old, now almost 5. Love the variety ofoptions there, shade from the trees and general peace of the area.
