Pembroke Park stretches 10 hectares along the Lake Wānaka lakefront on Dungarvon Street, the town’s headline sports and civic park. The Wānaka Skate Park sits within the reserve with concrete bowls, vert wall, wave, ramps and rails, and is regarded as one of the best in the country. Sports fields host the Wānaka A&P Show, weekly farmers’ markets and community events, with picnic tables, lake views and easy walking links into the town centre.
