A great park for the kids. There’s a disc golf course which was fun for the whole family. Amazing views of Wanaka were an added bonus!

Lismore Park is a Queenstown Lakes District Council reserve on Beaumont Street in Wanaka, with sweeping views to Mount Aspiring, Lake Wanaka, and Roys Peak. The Lismore Jump Park bike skills area runs across the hillside with dirt tabletop jumps, wooden hits, jump tracks, and technical lines for keen mountain bikers, paired with a free 18 basket disc golf course over rolling slopes (60m elevation gain). Parking is on Beaumont Street between Lismore Street and Plantation Road, with informal lawn space rather than a manufactured playground. A destination outdoor skills reserve rather than a toddler-friendly stop.
