Coyle Park is a 5-hectare Auckland Council waterfront reserve at the tip of Point Chevalier, with harbour views and zig-zagging paths down to Pt Chevalier Beach. The playground caters to all ages with a small push-train track, swings, slides, a giant spiderweb climbing frame, climbing nets and a flying fox; younger children have their own interactive zone alongside. BBQs, picnic tables, toilets, a nearby cafe and a car park at the end of Point Chevalier Road sit beside the play space.

I love the access and little walk from the beach up to the park. It's a gorgeous place to spend the late afternoon/sunset. The walking tracks are peaceful and lovely. A decent kids playground too.

Nice playground for the kids. With plenty of trees for shade. Nice for a picnic
