Coyle Park sits at the tip of the Point Chevalier peninsula, an Auckland Council waterfront reserve with beach access and one of the city's all-access playgrounds (opened 2010). Highlights include a flying fox, a giant spider-web (spacenet) climbing frame with harbour views, a people-powered push train, swings, slides, a merry-go-round and a preschooler area. The park has 13 picnic tables, an electric BBQ near the beach stairs, public toilets and car parking.
