Victoria Park Playground

Victoria Park is Stratford's heritage town reserve alongside Orlando Street (previously the Fenton Street Domain, renamed in 1897 for Queen Victoria's 60-year reign). The park has a popular family playground, an adjacent skate park and the Stratford Children's Bike Park behind the playground with a learner cycle track, pump track, half basketball court and BBQ pavilion. A lake with a walking circuit and resident ducks plus rhododendron and flowering-cherry plantings make it a relaxed family-and-walking destination for the Taranaki town.
