Slides are no good for toddlers it's all webbing and they can struggle to get around on it especially higher up on the second level. Designed more for 5 and up.

Drake Street Playground is a New Plymouth District Council neighbourhood play space on Drake Street in Vogeltown, a nostalgic local favourite for many who grew up in New Plymouth. Equipment leans toward primary-aged kids with slides and a multi-level webbing climbing structure, plus swings, picnic spots, shade trees, and a fenced perimeter. Toddlers can find the higher webbing harder to navigate. A relaxed peaceful Vogeltown stop rather than a destination playground.

Didn't realize this was here just around the corner from our place. New destination seemed clean and tidy. Heaps of swings and as my son called it the rainbow slide was heaps of fun even I gave it a go lol.
