Temuka Domain is the largest urban park in the Timaru District, a 75 hectare Timaru District Council reserve on Domain Avenue beside the Temuka River. The play space sits within a fuller park complex that includes a skate park, mini-golf course, aviary, ornamental gardens, picnic tables, shaded benches, and toilets, with slides, climbing frames, and swings for a range of ages. Easy parking with the entrance beside the police station and railway line. A relaxed family stop on South Canterbury road trips.
