Tweedy Park is a Timaru District Council neighbourhood reserve at the corner of Glenn and Essex Streets in Marchwiel, with the playground best known for the longest slide in Timaru and a flying fox. Part of the Timaru District Council Play43 Challenge programme of 43 district playgrounds, with the smaller Marchwiel Park reserve just 325 metres away. Best treated as a destination Timaru family stop for big-slide and flying-fox fun.
