Mazengarb Reserve is the Kāpiti Coast’s busiest sports hub on Scaife Drive in Paraparaumu, hosting summer touch rugby, winter soccer, the Coastlands Kāpiti Sports Turf (hockey), Paraparaumu Croquet Club and Kāpiti Gymsports plus the Mazengarb Sports Complex hall. The playground sits slightly off the road under shade with picnic tables, a climbing web leading to a tall slide and a flying fox for older kids. Parking, fencing and toilets at the sports complex round it out.
