Kotuku Park is a spacious grassed reserve in Paraparaumu on the Kāpiti Coast, with the playground accessed from Matuku Place, Kotuku Drive and Kakapo Court. The play space mixes slides, swings, seesaws and imaginative pieces including a pirate ship and ship's wheel, with shade, seating and a walking track around the wider park. The open setting and Kāpiti Island backdrop make it a relaxed family outing rather than a single-activity stop. Suits mixed ages.
