Craigavon Playspace is the fenced destination playground inside Auckland Councils Craigavon Park, on Connaught Street opposite the park at Kinross Street in Blockhouse Bay. The expanded play space packs in water play features, mega swings, a seesaw, sliding, climbing, balancing and rope challenges across junior and senior zones, with circular shade seating around a tree. The wider park offers a gravel walking loop through native bush, outdoor fitness gear, a dog exercise area, BBQs, picnic tables, accessible toilets, and a drinking fountain near the playground. Older kids can hop across Kinross Street to the Sister Rene Shadbolt Park skate park. Land gifted by Marianne Smith and named after Lord Craigavon. A well-regarded fenced destination playground.

Such a nice playspace for all ages! Fenced for kids safety, plenty of space, cool playground with different age challenges and a coffee van parks frequently near by the entrance to fix parents with awesome and affordable coffee. A fantastic spot also for celebrating outdoor kids parties as there are tables and benches, and easy parking.
