Lawson Park is a Whau Local Board sports park at 38 Willerton Avenue in New Lynn, home to the New Lynn Stags Rugby League Club. The grounds include a rugby field, a basketball pole, a kids’ playground with slides and swings, fencing, a drinking water fountain, public toilets and a function hall available for booking. Dogs are not permitted in the playground.
