This Children's Playground at 66 Wharf Road, Ostend, sits at the entrance to Auckland Council's Ostend Domain on Waiheke Island, near the Causeway with views over Putiki Bay and the Waiheke houseboats. The play space is one of the newest on the island and is known for having the tallest swings on Waiheke alongside equipment for younger children. Public toilets, picnic tables, parking, sports fields and a bus stop are all on site at the domain. Best treated as a comfortable Waiheke family stop combining play with a quick bay outlook.
