ANZAC Park is a central Nelson memorial green space between Haven Road and Rutherford Street, anchored by the three-pillar ANZAC Cenotaph relocated to the park from the Halifax Street bridge in 1988 and updated with a new WWI face in 2018. The reserve doubles as a civic gathering place for Anzac Day commemorations, with walking trails, picnic areas, mature trees and seating. A small playground sits within the grounds.
