Windsor Park is a Hastings District Council park in Parkvale bordering the Splash Planet waterpark, home to the 6,000m² Lions Community Playground (developed jointly with the Hastings Lions Club). The fully fenced playground packs in a pirate ship, a unique boat structure, a toddler train with tunnels to climb through, a huge net structure, a climbing wall, a large climbing frame, climbing web, swings (bucket and standard), slides, monkey bars, a seesaw and a hip-hop sound feature. Mature shade trees, picnic tables, free-to-use BBQs, public toilets and a drinking fountain support family days out beside the waterpark.
