Robbins Park is Tauranga’s heritage garden park on Cliff Road overlooking the harbour, opened in 1954 and named after former mayor Benjamin Conrad ‘Cockie’ Robbins. The Tauranga City Council site features a 28-bed Bay of Plenty Floral Festival Society rose garden (since 1960), a lily pond crowned by a 1950s cast-stone Ceres statue on a Tūhua obsidian base, a tropical display house and an ivy-covered colonnade. Toilets, parking, shaded seating and picnic spots draw families and brides.

Love going here for quiet Picnic with Hubby an Family. Peaceful Park set amongst Beautiful huge trees. Has massive gardens on other side with giant Cacti an Rose Gardens plus a Tropical Forest Garden inside building you can go through for Free. It's beautiful ❤️ Also has own Toilet block open all hours. Usually kept very clean. Has Parking an the most amazing Views over the Harbour x
