Oxford Park is an Upper Hutt City Council park in Ebdentown, with open sports fields, a sealed pathway and cycle track suitable for prams and bikes, and a small playground tucked beside the lawn. Plenty of run-around room makes it a good after-school stop for nearby Ebdentown and Upper Hutt families. A relaxed neighbourhood park rather than a destination playground.

Found Oxford Park today. Perfect for my rehabilitation walking ! The cycle track is great as it's fairly level & easy for my walker. Shame there is only one rubbish bin...its a long way to walk back to dispose of doggie bag ! 😀 …

This is a lovely good sized park with a children's riding area in there with stop signs, give way signs and road humps. Also various obstacles so children can learn to ride their bikes better. The park is big enough for a decent run around, a footpath runs around the entire perimeter with lots of play area in the middle for dogs to run and children to have their exercise. The park can be accessed from Oxford Crescent as well as Kowhai Avenue. It's very open and gets a lot of sun so wear your protection when you go there.
