Clyma Park is an Upper Hutt City Council reserve in Elderslea, a short walk from Fraser Crescent School and Maidstone Intermediate. The park combines a wheelchair-accessible playground with the Clyma Park Community Garden, run by a volunteer committee since 2011, plus picnic seating among the trees. Best treated as a quiet community park stop combining play and a wander through the gardens.

Really beautiful hidden gem. It has a lovely area to sit with wisteria flowers blooming overhead. A super peaceful atmosphere that would be a perfect spot for a picnic, sit and each lunch, go for a run, bring your kids along, etc.

This place is beautiful. Found this by accident and now I make this part of one of the walks I do. Heaps of grass and different flowers and a decent seating area.
