Navy Park is a 1.1-acre Dunedin City Council neighbourhood reserve on King Edward Street in South Dunedin, recently remodelled as an inclusive play space. The upgraded playground includes a new flying fox, a tall tower, slides, climbing structures, an inclusive climbing net spinner, a nature-play balance trail and a sensory woodland walk that reuses materials from the original Navy-built fort. Dream South D contributions added a new BBQ shelter, wheelchair-accessible drinking fountain, picnic table and seating; toilets are on site.

This park is one of the better parks for a picnic with the family. With its new public toilets and being a none smoking zone .

A great wee Park handy to South Dunedin shopping area. Bakery next door, childcare centre and Oxford Court Resthome across the road. Has benches for picnics AND a flying fox.
