Krull St Play Area

Lovely playground. Most activities for 4+ years old kids. Unfortunately no public toilet around. Also space is opened to southerlies.

5* even without a toilet other than a bush. For decades we've been bringing children of all ages to this park. The steeply sloped hillside is great for cardboard box sliding when the grass is cut short and has browned off. There's a rather gentle stop at the bottom unlike other sites with rocks (Percys' Scenic Reserve in Lower Hutt) or ditches (over in Newtown). And if you don't want to slide you can use the playground.
