Kilbirnie Park is a multi-use Wellington City Council park beside the Kilbirnie library and Kilbirnie Recreation Centre, with four sports fields, an adventure playground and an interactive water play area. The playground caters for both toddlers (slide, tunnels and ramp) and older children (swings, climbing, see-saw, slide and bridge). A new $5.6 million destination skatepark is under construction alongside broader open space upgrades to the precinct.

Took kids to play, sadly dog owners leave dog litter on the field. Dog owners letting field down. Shame on these people. Kids a innocent and would accidentally end on the litter. Dog owners be responsible or don't own a dog.
