Kelvin Grove Park is a Palmerston North City Council neighbourhood reserve at 96 Peter Hall Drive in Kelvin Grove, a large open grassed park used for cricket, touch rugby and other casual ball play. Recent upgrades added junior play equipment, a shelter and an inground slide built into a new soil mound next to the playground, plus a new concrete path from Peter Hall Drive through to Rhodes Drive replacing the older limestone path. Public toilets and adjacent parking make it a comfortable family stop. Best treated as a local park stop combining sport and play.
