Hahei Community Playground is a Thames-Coromandel District Council reserve on the Hahei Village Green at 3A Grange Road, in the popular Coromandel Peninsula beach village. The playground sits next to a basketball hoop and tennis court, with Hahei village cafes and ice cream shops immediately alongside. Grange Road is the main access for the Cathedral Cove walk and platform overlooking the Mercury Islands and Te Whanganui-o-Hei Marine Reserve, so the playground works well as a stop before or after a coastal walk.
Lovely park on the community centre grounds. Convenient location - cafe and restaurant walking distance away. Playground suitable for all ages - small toddler friendly play space available. No shade sail over the playground but some of the play areas have shade. Two toddler swings and two standard swings.
