Geraldine Domain Playground sits inside the 11 hectare Geraldine Domain on Cox Street, the Timaru District Council park that anchors central Geraldine. The destination-scale playground combines six slides, toddler swings, seesaws and jungle gyms across one of the largest play footprints in South Canterbury. The wider domain hosts an outdoor swimming pool, cricket, football and athletics grounds, tennis and netball courts, a bowls club, gardens along Serpentine Creek and the Geraldine Museum on the Cox Street frontage. Best treated as a full afternoon family stop on the South Canterbury road-trip route.
