Fergusson Park is a Tauranga City Council waterfront park on the Matua peninsula, with two playgrounds, well-maintained soccer and cricket fields, a boat ramp on the harbour, outdoor fitness equipment, BBQs, picnic tables and club rooms. The Tilby Drive playground next to the carpark and the Beach Road playground share swings, slides, monkey bars and rocking-horse-style play, set on a sloping lawn that runs down to the coastal walkway connecting Fergusson Park with Kulim Park.

This place is amazing, but I think the people need more careful with the parking. Beautiful view, nice space for kids and dogs.

Absolutely love this special place! Highly recommend visiting, especially when the sun goes down. Great walk along the waterfront. Beautiful place to have a picnic or dinner. Dog friendly as well.
