Chippendale Reserve is a Palmerston North City Council neighbourhood reserve on Chippendale Crescent in Highbury, opposite Countdown Awapuni, with one of the citys newer playgrounds after a council refresh. The play space includes a trampoline, swings (with an accessible swing option), slide, climbing structures, picnic spots, shaded trees, and toilets on site. A handy local stop for an after-school run-around rather than a destination playground.

Awesome little park with a big grass area! My 3yr old niece loves it, equipment looks rather clean and maintained well. 1 table and 1 bench, no toilets though!

Cool small neighborhood park. I take my young mokopuna to play and enjoy the giant swing, the inground trampoline,, climbing frame, slide, walking blocks etc. There is a ball hoop and great concreted area ti use scooters too. There are picnic tables and a water fountain. A large tree provided shade
