Campbell Park is a Kapiti Coast District Council park between Wellington Road and The Parade in Paekakariki, across from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the shops and train station. The play structure is split between a toddler zone with small slides, ladders, tunnels, and a fire engine, and an older-kid section with a wobble bridge, climbing walls, monkey bars, ropes, and a wavy slide, accessed by a fun long slide arriving from Wellington Road. Football fields, a skate park, picnic spots, toilets, and drinking fountains (including a dog one) sit alongside, and the park added rainbow signs in 2022. Well-regarded by Paekakariki families and a great combine with a beach swim.
