Bradeys Bay Park is a small Porirua coastal reserve on Paremata Road in Whitby, overlooking Pāuatahanui Inlet and connected to Brandon Reserve. The park is managed for its wetland, coastal escarpment vegetation, regenerating native forest and historic macrocarpa and pine plantings, with park benches and parking for the inlet views. There are no public toilets on site, but it works as a quiet picnic and freedom-camping spot, with space for up to three motorhomes for a maximum three-night stay. Best for families wanting a short walk and a view rather than a structured playground visit.

Great stop to watch the sun rise. Clean, tidy chilling out and relaxing spaces are much needed.

Nice spot for lunch. Watch your step heading to the picnic tables, had to dodge someone's used toilet paper.
