Bayfield Park is a leafy Auckland Council reserve on West End Road in Herne Bay, part of the wider Coxs Bay Reserve walkway network. The site has a small fenced children's playground beside open lawn and mature trees, plus one public (unlit) tennis court and shared walking paths down to the harbour. It is a well-regarded suburban green spot popular with local families and tennis players rather than a destination playground.

A great spot for a quick dog walk! The area is clean and well-kept, making it pleasant for both dogs and owners. The walk is short but just the right length for a 20-30 minute stroll. Definitely a nice option for those looking for a brief outing in a tidy environment.
Lovely large park with a number of walking tracks. Beautiful greens in the middle of suburban area makes it more pleasing to the eyes. Close to the bay as well. Ideal for families with children.
