Arnold Park is a Porirua City Council waterfront reserve on the corner of Tireti and South Beach Access Roads in Tītahi Bay. The recently revamped playground is well-rated for inclusive equipment - a fully-supported swing, wheelchair-friendly carousel and sensory steel drum sit alongside standard swings, monkey bars and slides, with a wide accessible pathway, a large picnic table and seating. Open lawn slopes down toward South Beach with picnic seating, parking and toilets on site - a relaxed coastal stop suited to children of mixed abilities.

Great little a playground and grassy area near the Titahi Bay Beach. Enough playground equipment, swings and a large fun seasaw (heaps of people can stand on it at the same time!) to occupy everyone of all ages. The spinning roundabout seat wasn't working when we visited though. There is also a picnic table and free BBQ here. Facilities as a short walk down the hill, beside the beach and carpark. There is also a public bus stop nearby too.
Beautiful scenic views of the beach, surfers and of course Tangaroa (ocean) 🌊 Go for a walk, run or even just sit and take it all in. You will feel a lot less stress and way more relaxed 😎 …
