Anderson Park is Hastings District Councils 23 acre multi-use sports park in Havelock North, entered from Te Aute Road or Panckhurst Street. The destination playground centres on what is billed as New Zealands tallest play tower with a 10m slide, inclusive Liberty Swing, sensory equipment, and climbing structures, while a smaller secondary playground near the Lipscombe Crescent entry covers swings, spinner, climbing wall, and a picnic table. Rugby, cricket and touch share the sports fields, with picnic tables, BBQs, and toilets at the Te Aute Road end. A genuine destination playground for Hawkes Bay families.

It's a good place to to host event's sports and games. No swings though
