Wigzell Park is a Nelson City Council neighbourhood park in Nelson South, combining a well-equipped playground with designated picnic areas, BBQ facilities and walking and cycling trails through drought-tolerant native plantings. The park is used as a community hub for cultural events as well as everyday family outings. Best treated as a comfortable local family stop combining play with a barbecue or short walk.
