Warren Park is a Whakatāne District Council park on Eivers Road, named after former mayor HG Warren MBE who served 24 years on the Whakatane Borough Council. The playground sits on soft matting with a rose garden alongside and is mostly shaded by surrounding trees, including an 80 year old eucalyptus landmark in the north-west corner. The wider park combines a BMX track, fully fenced dog park, Astroturf stadium and large grassed area, with public toilets on site. Best treated as a combine-the-bike-and-play stop rather than a destination playground.

I'm rating this as a greenspace for dog walks. Lots of tree shade for those hot and sunny days. Cool. Also has fenced dog exercise areas and children's playground.

A big open field with a small playground dog park astroturf stadium and a massive bike track with a decent sized bmx track off the side with both a pump section and big jumps and a nice garden around the play ground area.
