Tōtara Park Adventure Playground is the headline play space at 90 Wairere Road in Manurewa, set within the 216-hectare Tōtara Park beside the Auckland Botanic Gardens. The flat picnic-area playground features a flying fox, swings, junior play module and a range of climbing structures and slides, with a separate playground near the swimming pool. The wider park offers bush and farm walks (20–45 minutes), a 3km farm track, mountain bike trails and BBQs; large carpark at the end of Wairere Road. Gates open 7am–9pm in summer, 7am–7pm in winter.
