Randwick Park sits on Riverton Drive in Manurewa, south Auckland, and is the centrepiece of a $5.3m Auckland Council redevelopment of the Randwick Park suburb. The playground was co-designed with local Randwick Park School children and features a flying fox, basket swing, double seesaws, rocktopus, sandpit, stepping logs and a large module with monkey bars and a slide under shaded seating. The wider park has rugby and soccer fields, a grass training area, basketball, netball and volleyball courts, a skatepark and a community centre; visitors describe it as a positive community turnaround story.
