Shore Road Reserve is a popular Auckland Council reserve on Shore Road in Remuera, linked to Thomas Bloodworth Park by a small bridge and a short walk from the Hobson Bay Walkway. The partially fenced playground sits on rubber soft-fall surfacing with swings, slides, seesaw, spinner, climbing structures with nets and ladders, and rocker toys. The wider reserve has two rugby fields, a general sports field, cricket nets and pitches, home of Parnell Cricket Club and the Terry Jarvis Centre indoor cricket facility, plus picnic seating, shade trees, toilets, changing rooms and parking - a well-rated family-and-sports hub.

The Playground has slides, swings, spinners, and climbing things. There’s a big field for running and cricket. It also has seats for parents, a public toilet, and is a nice spot for a picnic or walk.......

Small playground amid a great cricket complex. While kids play, we could give a quick run around the field and enjoy the wind coming from the lake. Toilets are located at the cricket club and has public access. A small cafe shop in front makes it a place to hang around with friends and family.
