Peter Fraser Park is a Queenstown Lakes District Council reserve at 15 Myra Street in Lake Hāwea, sitting next to the Hāwea library, community centre, bowling club and tennis courts. The play space combines a kids' playground with covered picnic tables, BBQs and public toilets in the Hāwea township hub. A council-led playground refresh is in concept design to expand the inclusive play options. Best treated as a comfortable Lake Hāwea family stop with full village amenities on the doorstep.
