Ōwairaka Park is a large Mt Albert neighbourhood reserve on Owairaka Avenue in central Auckland, with pedestrian access from Hallam Street and Hendon Avenue. The playground is a well-regarded family destination with a flying fox, climbing block with rock holds, hexagon climbing models, a steel frame with balancing poles and spinner, wooden play tower with slide, baby lullaby swing, three-way spinner and a mini road circuit with speed humps and markings for learner riders. The wider park also has a skatepark, three basketball half-courts, volleyball courts, open grass for ball games and on-site toilets and parking.
