Oruaiti Reserve covers the headland between Worser Bay and Breaker Bay on Wellington's Miramar Peninsula, with walking tracks looping the ridge and views across the harbour entrance. The reserve was established when the Point Dorset military site was decommissioned in 2000 and renamed Oruaiti in 2012 to recognise the 17th-century Oruaiti Pā; access is past the playground at Churchill Park (Seatoun Beach), where the nearest public toilets are.

Nice short hiking track leading to Point Dorset. Beautiful views and some old bunkers along the coast. You can enter the bunkers, but they're full of graffiti and trash, so I would not recommend it. The views of the coast are worth the hike!

Such a beautiful place with a small playground and public toilets and pretty beach. Great for kite surfing when the winds to the north. Some parts around the public toilets are wheelchair and strollers accessible
