Maclean Park is the Kāpiti Coast’s flagship beachfront park, stretching along Paraparaumu Beach with a marine-themed destination playground featuring life-size tractor and boat play structures, a witch’s hat climbing pyramid, large climbing frame, swings and slides. Alongside sit a skatepark, basketball hoop, picnic areas, a 2025 wharepaku amenity block with accessible toilets, a beach shower and shaded seating. The park is opposite local cafes with dune access to the beach.
