Henderson Park is an Auckland Council park in west Auckland accessed off Wilsher Crescent or Vintage Drive South, with large open lawns, sports fields and a stream-side bush margin. Alongside the children's playground the park has a free disc-golf course, a small fitness-equipment cluster in the middle of the park, paved and dirt walking/cycling tracks, public toilets and accessible parking. A wide concrete path runs north to south through the centre of the park for wheelchairs and prams.

Such a beautiful hidden gem. I only just discovered this place while pokemon hunting and my.. my.. beautifully maintained, Lawns, facilities, it was just mesmerizing and serene. Really good for the soul, captivating and alluring. Nature and its bold giants (massive trees) towers over you while you enjoy the stroll in the park. Hopefully, they'll be left alone and not chopped down as I saw some had been. I would revisit again and again.
