Cornwall Park is a Hastings District Council park whose destination playground reopened in December 2019 after a major accessibility-focused upgrade. The central feature is a 10-metre acorn tower with rope connectors and slides set up in the tree canopy, surrounded by a flying fox, in-ground trampolines, splash-pad water play, extra swings, monkey bars, a tunnel, spinners and a separate junior play area. The playground includes Hawke's Bay's first Changing Places bathroom and is laid on almost four tennis courts'-worth of recycled-tyre safety surfacing.

Beautiful large park with lots of mature trees to cool things down There is a great children's playground and public toilets. Perfect for a picnic or a quiet walk. Lots of space for a cricket game.
