Botanical Drive Park (also called Botanical Drive Playground) is a fully fenced suburban playground on Botanical Drive in Silverdale's Millwater subdivision, north of Auckland. The play space caters mainly for toddlers and preschoolers with swings, slides, climbing equipment, shade sails, picnic tables and a network of paths for scooters and learner bikes; the park sits on the Millwater Path walking route but has no public toilets on site.

Huge grassy area and nice flat pathways perfect for my 2 year old learning to ride a trike with two shaded areas. The park is fully fenced with 3 gated entrances. Just off the main street so no noisy traffic or exhaust pollution. Best of all not packed or over crowded. Only one downside - no loos and no drinking fountain so bring water bottles.
Fully fenced playground which is great so you don't loose any kids as this can be hard to explain to the wife when you get home. Also shaded areas for the vampires who hate being out in the sun!
