86 Harvest Avenue Playground is a $805,000 Auckland Council destination neighbourhood park in Ōrewa, opened on 8 December 2024 with community co-design and Ngāti Manuhiri artwork including metal birds and pathway motifs. The play space targets ages up to 13, leading with a treehouse-style rope climbing frame with a high slide, a junior climbing module with sand play deck, toddler swings, a seesaw rocker, carousel and a wheelchair-accessible trampoline. Inclusive touches include musical bridges, talk tubes and a net spinner with accessible base, while a perimeter nature trail of logs, beams and steppers, picnic tables and new plantings wrap the site. Best treated as a destination Hibiscus Coast family stop.

Wonderful playground suitable for all ages. Fantastic obstacle course for the older kids (and young at heart adults) plus a miniature version for the younger children too. Can get very hot and there's minimal shade.

Great for all ages ! There’s a new trampoline added which adds to the fun ! Just mind the sunny days, bring hats !
