Boardwalk Rise Playground (locally Swell Park) sits at the corner of Boardwalk Rise and Caldera Drive in Long Bay, a short walk inland from the Long Bay Regional Park beach. The fenced beach-themed play space features beach-hut style towers linked by ropes and walkways, giant tube slides, seesaws, climbing structures and shaded soft-fall surfacing, with toilets nearby. It is a well-rated local family stop rather than a destination playground.

Smaller than it appears in photos. Everything is new and well made - the slides are long but not particularly fast. My kids aged 4 and 2 had a lovely time. The two houses are accessible by rope ladders and both managed to get inside, but needed assistance getting out again. Not at all busy - we were there 9:30ish on a sunny Saturday morning and had the place to ourselves. For a morning caper the park bench was nicely shaded. Very good for what it is and we would go again if passing, but probably wouldn’t make a special trip.

Went with our 2 yr old grandson, was all he needed and very accessible. Slides great wood chip on floor is deep so no issue. Only concern steps up hard rough concrete, might be better with 'Rubberized steps'
