Bledisloe Park sits on Massey University's Turitea campus on the southern edge of Palmerston North, with 25.9 acres of native bush, an arboretum and the Turitea Stream walkway linking through to Old West Road and Summerhill. The Turitea Stream provides natural swimming holes in summer; a small playground, picnic benches and car park sit at the Atawhai Road access point.

As a tourist, this was a really good place to stop and stretch our legs before continuing on our drive journey. We did get lost because there really isn't much singage and alot of different tracks and forks!
