Bayswater Park is a North Shore reserve on Bayswater Avenue on the Waitematā Harbour peninsula in Devonport-Takapuna, with two full-size football fields, clubroom, outdoor fitness equipment spaced along the field edges and a traditional playground featuring climbing frames, bars, swings, slide and a flying fox. Footpaths link the playground to Roberts and Rosyth Avenues, with toilets and parking on site; the playground is scheduled for renewal from September 2026 under the Devonport-Takapuna Play Plan.

The ground is quite close to Belmont. It's got a good outfield and a cricket pitch for club games. There's ample parking 🅿️ right next to the ground. Public toilets also available. There's also a beautiful park close by for a good walk. …

It was fine. The flying fox is rusty and doesn't slide, the swings were down for maintenance. The wooden boards on the platforms are weathered and sagging. Pretty small overall. We will probably choose to go somewhere else next time.
