Woolston Park is a 10.4-acre Christchurch City Council sports park on Ferry Road in Woolston, next to Te Waka Unua School. The reserve has a softball training field, rugby and cricket fields, tennis and half courts, an outdoor fitness area and a renewed playground (upgraded under CCC's play standards programme), plus toilets and on-site parking. It is a working community sports-and-school hub rather than a destination playground.

Nice place for a game of social T20 cricket. A shame about the regular unsavory characters that frequent the area, there was a guy that didn't leave the public toilet for the entire we were there(3hrs) if anyone approched he made vomiting sounds to ward anyone of coming in, he was quite obviously partaking in substances.
