Waihora Park is a Porirua City Council sports reserve on Waihora Crescent in Waitangirua, primarily used by the Porirua Leste Football Club and for women's sport with kickaround areas and woodland trees around the field. The reserve forms part of the green link between Belmont Regional Park and Bothamley Park, with the main park access continuing on foot or bike up into Belmont. The original Waihora playground was decommissioned when the new Waitangirua Park play space opened nearby, so the reserve is now best used as a sports ground rather than a destination playground.
